Projet MARCADET is a minimalist apartment located in Paris, France, designed by Romuald Fontaine Architecture. The renovation of a 50-square-meter apartment in the eighteenth arrondissement exemplified a thoughtful blend of raw and natural materials, marked by subdued and warm tones. The use of walnut wood, polished concrete, marble, and zellige showcased the distinct character of each space, engaging in a dynamic interplay of textures. This richness is tempered by the gentle curves of the chosen furniture and the bespoke arrangements crafted specifically for the project.
