S29 House is a minimal residence located in Sabadell, Spain, designed by Exitprojectes in collaboration with Francesc Rifé Studio. The design of this single-family home centers on the relationship between light and space, defined by two strategically placed courtyards. These courtyards create a dynamic interaction between the architecture and natural light, forming an evolving spatial experience throughout the day. The interior layout balances openness with structure, ensuring that light filters fluidly through the home. This design approach fosters a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments. The material palette, chosen for its inherent textures, further enhances this interplay. The use of natural materials amplifies the tactile quality of the space, allowing light to highlight subtle variations and details.
