Sushi Ninja is a minimal restaurant located in Cologne, Germany, designed by Gerdesmeyer Krohn. In 2020, in the middle of the Corona lockdown, the studio implemented an exciting interior project on Venloer street in Cologne Ehrenfeld. About nine years after the opening of this business, the space gradually became too small and the opportunity arose to enlarge the restaurant. The small shop has become a spacious, minimalist restaurant with a large outdoor terrace in the inner courtyard with many beautiful details. The interior focuses on the essentials, is deliberately kept simple and thus conveys the perfect design rules of Sushi Ninja.
