Tendence is a minimalist interior located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by upsetters architects. The interior is characterized by a stripped down space with an exposed ceiling that reveals the track lighting and ventilation pipes. The complexity of the industrial aesthetic of the ceiling is equally matched by the minimalism of the showroom floor. Lounge space is reserved toward the window to promote a relaxed atmosphere while display plinths are carefully placed throughout the rest of the showroom.
