The Neutral House is a minimal home located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, designed by Studio Niels. The goal was to create a sober, calm and functional space with warm and timeless suitable living objects in the neutral house. The studio wanted to open up the structure to its various living programs. Through the three levels, the architects created a space for a kitchen, kitchenette, cinema room, home office, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and two bedrooms for the kids. To create calm, the designers hid certain elements that you can literally open up if you want to use them; the tv cabinet is an example of this.
