Upper East Side Renovation is a minimalist interior located in New York, designed by Ronen Lev. Ronen Lev was commissioned to redesign and renovate this pre-war apartment located on a quiet side street off Park Avenue. The goal was to preserve it’s pre-war charm while restructuring the space and rethinking the circulations. The result is a space where minimalism meets modern European design. The combination of new and vintage furniture strikes the perfect balance between old and new. By opting for cozy neutrals and negative space over cluttered vignettes, the home feels effortlessly timeless, while still maintaining warmth.
