Vacuo Studio is a minimalist space located in Osnabrück, Germany, designed by Gerdesmeyer Krohn. In one of the last stone factories in Osnabrück, the designers realized a unique interior project together with and for Vacuo Studio. The masonry, which is particularly reminiscent of an old chapel in the upper part of the property, was built in the 13th century and was used for a long time as a sausage smokehouse. At the end of 2019, Vacuo Studio started work on the time-honored property.

Tattooing is now being carried out on two levels with a unique floor plan. The reception room with a large, covered screen and a black stained oak counter is on the ground floor, while the cloakroom and benches provide enough space for waiting customers in a converted niche. On the first floor is the lounge, including the kitchen, and the spacious, impressive studio of the various tattoo artists. In addition to four permanent jobs, there are two other guest spots for guest tattooists from all over the world.

A single large, black sideboard decorates the studio. Each wall side offers two artists enough space to work. In addition to spacious cupboards for armrests and drawer cupboards for ink, accessories, etc., a flexible lamp was integrated on each sideboard. This can be perfectly adjusted to the location of the action while working and thus enables comfortable working. The linear and minimalist design of the interior in contrast to the historical surroundings make this studio an exceptional eye-catcher.
