VC House is a minimal townhouse located in Antwerp, Belgium, designed by Dieter Vander Velpen. The remodel sought to utilize natural materials with a focus on tactility and texture. Natural stone and marble can be seen throughout, with wood providing warm accents and contours. The main living space feature parquet herringbone floors while the kitchen and entryway use stone tile. Many elements of the original structure were kept in tact, including the ceiling molding and window frames.
