The Mush Lamps are a collection of minimalist lamps by the Barcelona-based design studio Kilzi. Comprised of table and floor lamps: Tiny, Tall, Tower, and Chub, each light offers a calming addition to any interior space with their warm, subtle, atmospheric glow.

Inspired by the organic forms of mushrooms in growth (hence the collection name), the Mush Lamps balance sculptural presence with an understated softness. Each piece, from the towering floor lamp to the petite “Tiny” table lamp, echoes the gentle expansion of fungi and captures a moment of nature mid-transformation.

The lamps are crafted in Spain using traditional fiberglass making techniques. A fine, paper-like layer is applied over the translucent fibreglass, resulting in a finish that resembles a Japanese washi. The textures and tones vary from lamp to lamp, making each piece unique in its tactility and appearance.

True to Kilzi’s philosophy of creating objects that are living snapshots as opposed to static forms, the Mush Collection embodies this belief through textured surfaces that subtly shift with the light throughout the day, inviting a quiet dialogue between form, material, and atmosphere.
