DO-OH is a minimalist design created by Seoul-based designer Joongho Choi. The lid of the fermentation vessel is shaped as a round dish. It block air from entering during the fermentation process, and can be used as a tray for or table. The fermentation jar has a beautiful shape, and was made of environmentally-friendly plastic. Without compromise to the functionality of traditional double-walled earthenware onggi jars used for fermentation, the wood tray at the bottom prevent the liquor from being affected by changes in the temperature of the ground during the fermentation process as well.
