Abode of the Continuous Layer is a minimalist residence located in Fukuoka, Japan, designed by Matsuyama Architects and Associates. The space features double-height ceilings as well as an interior courtyard that seamlessly integrates with the exterior facade. Large, square windows and openings are placed on all sides of the home, creating a seemingly arbitrary and unique geometric combination.
