Abaque is a series of minimalist coffee tables created by Switzerland-based designer Anthony Guex. After working seven years as a cabinetmaker he studied Interior Design at Geneva University of Art and Design, and Product Design at ÉCAL (École Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne), where he graduated with a Master degree in 2015. Since that date, he started his own studio beside working as a teacher assistant at ÉCAL. This collection of two outdoor coffee tables is made out of Eternit. This material is used in two different way in order to create a visual contrast between a massive foot looking and lightweight top.
