DESCENTE BLANC Fukuoka is a minimalist space located in Fukuoka, Japan, designed by Schemata Architects. The design intention is to incorporate “movement” into the space.  The architects especially focused on redesigning a service process, or a routine movement of shop staff, to allow for pick up of items from the stock room and delivering them directly to the customer. Ceiling space, equipped with operable vertical hanger racks, is allocated within the stock area.
