Renovation in Fukasawa is a minimalist residence located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Roovice. The space is characterized by a strip glass partition that provides natural lighting into the bedroom as well as visual transparency toward the main living area. Custom-built bookshelves form a nook around a small love sofa, as well as creating a gap for a workspace. Concrete beams were left in tact in order to provide character to the space.
