w163 Lampyre is a minimal light created by Paris-based designer Inga Sempé for wästberg. Lampyre is made of two opalin glass parts: a cylindrical base supporting a large conic shade. The light glows inside them equally from base to top, spreading a plain and calm light, which can be very bright or be decreased with the dimmer. Lampyre is the name of a kind of a glow-worm, which can be linked to the very natural aspect of this lamp, showing a unique soft surface.
