Kadokawa’s House is a minimal home located in Higashi, Japan, designed by Kenta Eto Atelier. The architects wanted to capture the surrounding environment from within the home, and create a relatively low-cost simple wooden construction. The main characteristic of the home is a large openings that extends the length of the home to allow for air circulation and abundant natural light to enter the space. In addition, this opening allows the interior to seamlessly connect with the outdoor space.
