Casa LF03 is a minimal penthouse apartment located in Madrid, Spain, designed by estudio DIIR. The excellent qualities of this home seek to be recovered in order to define its identity. A series of strategies marks the new plant organization as well as the characterization of each space. First of all, the need to merge interior and exterior is pursued. The elevated terrace area is used to be integrated into the main rooms. At the same time these rooms are organized by means of devices that order the space. Finally, the roof is molded and a compression and decompression set is proposed that characterizes each environment.
