Antwerpen – O is a minimal residence located in Antwerp, Belgium, designed by Æ Studio. Each project is conceived as a dialogue and joint-effort between the team of interior architects and the client. This creates the opportunity to maximally tailor each project to the specific needs and tastes of the customer. Through collaboration with all involved partners, the architects strive for results balancing on the fine line where function, form and personality meet. The key ingredients for this approach are broad knowledge of materials and techniques as well as a love for natural and real elements. As such, natural stone and wood were used throughout mixed with cosy wallpapers by Evelyn Moreels and lighting by Apparatus. The main living area features a CNC cut travertine fireplace with herringbone floors.
