Aurora Apartment is a minimal residence located in São Paulo, Brazil, designed by Pascali Semerdjian Arquitetos. Central to this project’s ethos is the incorporation of the family’s unique character into every space, ensuring cohesion throughout the residence. The apartment’s design achieves a dual-purpose: on one hand, it evokes an intimate and warm atmosphere, while on the other, it emphasizes sleek, minimalist aesthetics suited for social interactions. This distinct yet harmonious duality ensures the living spaces are both functional and inviting. Notably, the children’s room has been crafted with creativity in mind, offering engaging yet understated solutions. The room sidesteps over-the-top designs, focusing instead on fostering a playful environment for its young occupants. At its core, this architectural endeavor prioritizes the balance between communal experiences and individual privacy. It’s a design that recognizes the importance of collective moments, while also acknowledging the need for personal spaces, extending even to the couple’s quarters.
