3 X 3 Cube is a minimalist residence located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Ken Yokogawa Architect & Associates. The 760 sqm space is constructed mainly of steel and concrete. The building consists of four rectilinear volumes that are wrapped with glass in a grid-like fashion. Due to the staggering of the volumes, balcony space is created on the upper levels for the residents to enjoy. A portion of the interiors face inward to view the building’s interior courtyard.
