Bredören is a minimal home located in Mälaren, Sweden, designed by Arrhov Frick. The gabled roof utilizes a semi-transparent polycarbonate with eaves that overhang beyond the terrace to provide additional shelter and coverage. A glass facade framed by a wooden grid overlooks the peaceful surrounding. A metal staircase provides access between floors, while a brick fireplace serves as a centerpiece. The side of the home utilizes a large wooden sliding wall that creates a seamless blend between the interior space with the outdoors.
