Casa del Nogal is a minimal home located in Ávila‎, Spain, designed by Raúl Almenara. Built around a walnut tree, the home is constructed of locally sourced granite. With respect to the history of the building, the facade features a curved surrounded by an exterior wall that was preserved and already present on the property. The building consists of three large openings with the first featuring a piece of curved glass overlooking the walnut tree. The second is a frontal opening framing the landscape, and the third a skylight providing abundant natural light.
