House in Harima-cho is a minimalist residence located in Hyogo, Japan, designed by Kawazoe Architects. The building has a sloping shed-like roof facing the southwest. The orientation of the roof maximizes sunlight for the solar panels. The exterior consists of galvanized steel, utilizing two different patterns. Concrete walls surround the perimeter of the home in order to ensure privacy without compromise to natural light.
