Rainier Annex Studios is a minimalist space located in Seattle, Washington, designed by Best Practice Architecture and Design. The design is a multi-phase project that converted an old gas station in an artist’s studio. The exterior resembles a refined shed with a large garage door for easy access and facilitation of transporting sculpture. The workshop organizes the tooling towards the perimeter of the interior to maximize space.
