Roots is a minimalist design created by Netherlands-based designer Gerard de Hoop. Roots is a side table constructed of European oak with a high quality wood oil finish. The design firmly stands on its stylized “roots” waiting for its next use. The designer tried to capture nature in his own idiom of angles and proper proportions.
