Waves in Object is a minimalist series of side tables created by Antwerp-based designer Yoon Shun. Waves collection introduces a series of sculptural pieces, focusing on side tables available in small, medium, and large sizes. This range is designed for flexible configuration, allowing for both a unified stackable setup and individual placement to suit varying spatial needs. Each table is constructed from a 3mm aluminum plate, carefully hand-rolled and polished to achieve its final form. Building on the design ethos of the “Wavy Shelf,” the latest addition continues to feature the signature wave-like contours. However, it shifts towards a more streamlined and minimalist design approach, simplifying its structural complexity while retaining its aesthetic essence.
