120M² Penthouse Apartment is a minimalist residence located in Paris, France, designed by MYSPACEPLANNER. The home is characterized by a gabled roof exterior with abundant natural lighting entering from its various openings – mainly, a terrace that runs along the perimeter of the apartment. The designers were focused in creating a comfortable space that would include all of the necessary programs the clients requested – including a laundry space and a second bathroom.
