95PLA Reforma is a minimalist renovation located in Barcelona, Spain, designed by Vallribera Arquitectes. All existing items that can be maintained are displayed uncoated and painted. All the new parts, the slab of the staircase, the volume that expands the house towards the courtyard and the new attic that takes advantage of the height of the central part under cover are solved by means of a structure of large format laminated wood panels (CLT panels).

The distribution of the house is developed by chaining the rooms in a continuous succession, where the old-white and the new-wood alternate. On the ground floor, a first space with the gate and a storage loft gives way to the garage. The entrance hall, a guest bathroom and the staircase act as a filter before entering the kitchen-dining room. The living room connects the kitchen with the patio. The courtyard is divided into a terrace, a garden and a last paved space. On the first floor, the master bedroom with street facade is separated from the staircase by a core of bathrooms.
