Cabanillas Apartment is a minimal apartment located in Madrid, Spain, designed by Deza Setien. The project is for a 120 m2 apartment located in the neighborhood of Chamberí, Madrid. The apartment is structured through two perpendicular axes that organize it. These axes are custom-made pieces of furniture, made of white lacquered oak veneer, with different functions. One of them delimits the night area from the day area, and the other, which is more fractionated and parallel to the facade, organizes the daytime program allowing maximum use of natural light that passes through both fronts, fluidity in the circulation and maintaining the dialogue between rooms.
