Archipelago Cottage is a minimal home located in Blidö, Sweden, designed by Halleroed. Characterized by a steep gabled roof, the property serves as a weekend home escape from the city. Surrounded by forest, the space takes the context of its environment into context through its exposed wooden enclosure, mimicking the peaceful outdoors inward. Large glazings continue to blur the lines between the interior and its extrinsic reference, emphasizing a cabin-like feel.
