Bela Cintra Apartment is a minimalist apartment located in São Paulo, Brazil, designed by Felipe Hess. The redesign saw the removal of one bedroom and the servant’s quarters, consolidating the apartment’s floor plan. Furthermore, the living area and kitchen have been seamlessly integrated. The kitchen, a key focal point, emphasizes the joy of culinary preparation. Dominated by oak and stainless steel finishes, the countertop gracefully extends, serving as a dining table accommodating up to ten guests. To uphold a minimalist aesthetic, the laundry area, wine cellar, and bar have been discreetly incorporated around the kitchen. The cement flooring, consistent in its neutral shade, continues into the apartment’s private section, which houses three suites. Of particular note in the private quarters is the master suite. Beyond its spacious bedroom and bathroom, it boasts an attached closet and a dedicated office space.
