CC House is a minimal residence located in Barcelona, Spain, designed by Astet. CC House is a private residence project in Barcelona tailored to the personality of its owner. With CC House Astet created an intimate space for their client to enjoy her daily lifestyle and feel like her home is an extension of her personality. All spaces at CC House are relaxed and flow into each other without clear or defined limits allowing them to be open or closed and creating fluidity within the house. A clear example of this is the bathroom with its own bathtub integrated in the dressing room uniting different areas within two spaces. Or the kitchen that is an extension of the living room but maintaining its privacy and creating a serene environment. The welcome hall works as a room distributor allowing light to pass through all areas of the house.

Astet only created two clear separate areas in the residence, one more private and intimate and one more public, being able to enjoy each of them according to the time of day. CC House reinterprets classic details of modernist homes in Barcelona but with a contemporary twist. By choosing soft and sophisticated materials they created a palette that the owner would feel comfortable with. Stones, brass and wood create the material palette of the interior space and a sculptural curtain works as a main element of the house. They carefully selected furniture and lighting pieces to provide personality to the home without extravagance. Bespoke pieces have been specially designed by Astet Studio such as the dining table, a coffee table, a carpet, the dining room wall sconces, the bed, the bedside tables, a working desk and the marble bathroom sink.
