Ernst is a minimal restaurant located in Berlin, Germany, designed by Salem Charabi & Rasmus Stroyberg. The redesign of the space sought to use the same careful approach when sourcing materials as they would local ingredients. As a result, the materials are sourced mainly from around Berlin. A single wooden counter creates the surface for guests, promoting the intimate space by dividing the dining from the cooking.
