Offices Paris 16th is a minimalist office space located in Paris, France, designed by Studio Vincent Eschalier. The architect carried out an important cleaning of the premises and thus regained clarity in the spaces. The volumes now uncovered and full of light allow a wide freedom of layout. The raw ceiling, stainless steel and concrete bring an industrial spirit to the space. This combination of materials along with the noble aspect of solid wood floors and white paints create a softened raw tone, a reinterpretation of the contemporary office.

In relation with the architectural project, the partitioning is meant to be minimalist and without visual obstacle in order to allow complete visibility on all levels. A play on light and reflections is created with the windows and stainless steel. A strong contrast is achieved between the historical facade and the contemporary interiors, throughout the building. Only one room, the best preserved, is kept as a legacy of the building’s history.
