Pelayo is a minimalist interior located in Madrid, Spain, designed by OOAA Arquitectura. The renovation sought to open up the floor plan for the two bedroom space. The designers wanted to maintain a natural tone overall, using cement for the walls and floors and wood for accents. The bedrooms have access to the outside balcony, which reveals a portion of the building’s original architecture.
