Private Residence is a minimalist home located in Dublin, Ireland, designed by Anam Design Studio. The newly constructed property offers stunning views of Dublin Bay. The project scope included comprehensive decoration and custom joinery design, along with kitchen and bathroom renovations. A new master suite was created, featuring a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bespoke stone flooring and sanitary fittings. Anam managed all aspects of the project, from site preparation to installation and final styling. This encompassed electrical, lighting, and plumbing modifications, landscape enhancements, and the selection and procurement of furniture and accessories. The project achieved a high standard of finish through collaboration with a carefully chosen group of skilled contractors.
