Jaffa Roofhouse is a minimalist space located in Tel Aviv, Israel, designed by Gitai Architects. The project is a roofhouse space situated within one of the oldest port sites of the middle East. This space is constructed of earth walls, terrariums, and 450 different plants species. The spacial qualities are influenced by local materials and environmental aspects that coalesce into a unique space. The architects gathered various experts to survey the land in order to uncover the the best process of construction in relation to the accompanied ecology.
