MRM Lights is a minimalist lamp designed by Rotterdam-based studio Truly Truly for MRM Objects. A collection of lights for MRM Objects juxtaposing textured and polished surfaces together in mini-architectural forms. Elegant compositions of carefully counterbalanced geometry, the lights feature various metal surfaces contrasting from coarse to highly polished. The physical light is functional at the same time as being a part of the sculptural aspect of the objects wherein it softly illuminates the objects’ textured finishes. The floor lamp takes cues from high-rise cantilevered buildings, while the table and wall lights express light and shadow in zoomed-in, reduced architectural details.
