Composition Light is a minimal lighting collection created by Reykjavik-based designer Theodora Alfredsdottir for FÓLK. FÓLK Reykjavik is an emerging North Nordic interior and lifestyle brand. FÓLKs vision is to enable and inspire people to live a more sustainable lifestyle, driving a change from linear to a circular economy through its new designs and choice of materials. FÓLK delivers on its vision by focusing on upcycled, recycled and natural materials, where FÓLK’s designers have from the start operated in accordance with internal guidelines when it comes to environmental impact, not least when it comes to the strength and durability of products. Playing with the composition of simple forms and pure natural materials, the Composition Light is a simple narrative of light, structures and textures. It is made from two natural materials and a LED light source and can serve in different context of the home or the office.
