Food for Thought is a minimalist space located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Wonderwall. An apartment unit was converted into a kitchen studio and a photographer’s office. The kitchen studio is designed with a simple layout, where the counter and a large, 4.8 meters-long table with the same height run parallel to each other. The space remains clean and clutter-free with generous under-counter storage. The combination of wood, iron and white walls emphasize the simplicity of the design. Although the office and studio are separated by a wall, glass panels placed in the upper part of the partition reveal the shared ceiling to create a visual connection between the two separate spaces.
