Aomori is a minimalist coffee table created by Mexico City-based designer Yasin L. El Amrani. “The eternal task of architecture is to create existential metaphors embodied and lived that concretize and structure our being in the world,” quoted by Juhani Pallasmaa. With this starting concept, the first piece was created under the inspiration of the simple and clean of Japanese aesthetics, highlighting the unique assemblies of the legs and eliminating any element other than wood, combined with the Arab tradition and culture of use.
