YO Chair is a minimal chair created by Japan-based designer Hamanishi DESIGN for QUON. YO chair is designed by Japan-based studio, Hamanishi DESIGN, and created by QUON, a chair manufacturer in Osaka, Japan. YO is a stackable universal chair that will function in different contexts, in the cafeteria, restaurants, or in the office. All individual parts can be taken apart and the seat and backrest are separated, each with a selection of plywood and upholstery options, allowing the user to customize it to suit the space in which it will be used. The straight steel frame that goes around the back of the chair is functional and creates a shadow on the curved surface of the plywood, giving the wealthy back looks.
