Palanga Resort Apartment is a minimal home located in Palanga, Lithuania, designed by Nordy Study. Rather than opting for an overly bold color scheme, the team at Nordy Study chose to employ a more subtle palette. The apartment’s furniture, finished in light walnut and smoked oak, provides a gentle contrast against the soothing grey and sandy hues that dominate the background. The centerpiece of the living area is an exclusive coffee table, conceived specifically for this apartment. With its stone tabletop and robust legs, it holds its own alongside the sturdy floor cabinet. In a delightful contrast, the table also juxtaposes nicely with the softer contours of the armchairs and sofa in the room. In every nook and cranny of the apartment, you’ll find an intriguing blend of large, linear elements. This calculated design approach is meant to instill a sense of relaxation, making the apartment an ideal retreat for its owners. The end result is a harmonious balance, presenting a tranquil atmosphere that feels just right for a holiday residence.
